This solidarity gesture seeks to contribute to the well-being of the Cuban population in times of economic and social challenges.

These transactions are governed by the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act (TSREEA) of 2000 and the Cuban Democracy Act (CDA) of 1992, along with regulations implemented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the United States Department of Commerce.
