Alonso shares his private happiness with the whole world
Alonso has been married to Nagore Aranburu since 2009. He has three children with the 43-year-old, 15-year-old Jontxu, Ane, who is two years younger, and Emma, who is nine. Soccer star casts an eye on Alonso’s wife

Soccer star Peter Crouch told the Daily Mail newspaper: “When I signed for Liverpool I was staying at the Hope Street Hotel. There was a girl on reception who was so good looking I couldn’t believe she was smiled at me the whole time.”
“I told the guys in training. Honestly, she’s beautiful. I think I have a chance here,'” he recalled. “‘She’s very fond of me, I’m on fire’,” he was convinced at the time. Eventually, however, the former player found out that this ‘girl’ was Nagore Aranburu and is already dating former Liverpool team-mate Xabi Alonso.
Today Xabi Alonso and Nagore Aranburu live in Düsseldorf because of his coaching job. He has held the post since October 2022. Over the Christmas period, however, she then went home, to San Sebastián in northern Spain. “I haven’t been home since I landed here, so it will be nice to be back,” he told the “Bild” newspaper at the time.
