The last week of January and first of February was particularly dense in news in the world of tech. The high point of the period was of course the Samsung conference on Wednesday February 1st.

Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Book: Samsung hits hard

Samsung has opened the waltz of premium smartphones for 2023! During its Galaxy Unpacked, the South Korean manufacturer unveiled its new range, the Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra. It’s not sufficient ? That’s good, there’s a little bit left since it was also an opportunity to reveal new laptops: the Galaxy Book 3 and Book 3 Ultra.

We had the chance to take the Galaxy S23 and S23 Ultra in hand as well as to approach the Galaxy Book 3 (Ultra). Enough to give you all our impressions about them.

Orange/Sosh raises prices

We already knew it, but Orange is now announcing directly to its customers a price increase for all its packages, whether fixed or mobile. Subscribers will thus have to pay one to two euros more every month to access the same service. The fault, according to Orange, to an increase in network operating costs.

Those who do not wish to pay this additional cost can happily unsubscribe free of charge for four months.

Toyota

The electric car, a vision of the future? For Toyota, not at all! At least for Gill Pratt, chief scientist of the Japanese brand. According to him, the upcoming shortage of Lithium, a compound used in batteries, limits the passage of our cars to all-electric. However, many nuances remain to be brought to this.
