The Minister of Justice and Public Security, Flávio Dino, announced the publication of an ordinance to make digital platforms responsible for the dissemination of content advocating violence in schools.
The document gives specific guidelines for companies, such as the immediate removal of content after requesting it from the competent authorities, systemic risk assessment, adoption of measures to prevent the spread of new threats to schools and a policy of active moderation of content on networks.
