The deferred prosecution agreement that Corficolombiana signed with the United States Department of Justice, for the Odebrecht case, could leave Grupo Aval without contracts with the State. As a result of that decision, Martha Lucía Zamora, director of the State Legal Defense Agency, requested judicial collaboration to determine if the companies of the conglomerate are disqualified from public contracting.
