Police officers from the Salto Encantado police station delayed a 60-year-old man this morning for distributing votes in front of School 529 in the town.
According to police sources, they indicated that the electoral delegate Micaela S., an authority assigned on behalf of the local Justice of the Peace, was present, who observed the situation and ordered that police personnel invite said person to leave the place, for which they took forward the measure twice.
However, the person in question returned to the place, after having changed the clothes he was wearing, being detected again and by order of the local Justice of the Peace, he was arrested and must remain at the police station until 6:00 p.m., when the elections end.
