The Ministry of Health of the Nation issued Resolution 3622/22, published this Monday in the Official Gazette repealing the previous Regulation issued in 2020, that authorized modifications in the “prescription and dispensing of psychotropic or other medications for the care of chronic pathologies”.
With the repeal of the regulations of the Ministry of Healthwhich allowed all patients to request prescriptions from doctors using digital media such as email or WathsApp, return to the format of “handwritten recipes presented in paper format”.
