A three-hour health test in the military hospital did not reveal any indications that would hinder a renewed candidacy in 2024.

Biden: No signs of Parkinson’s
According to O’Connor, Bidens stiff gait, caused by spinal arthritis, among other things, is not aggravated. The frequent clearing of the throat and coughing (cause: reflux) is no more serious than in 2021. There was no evidence of neurological damage (stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease).

Whether Biden, like his predecessor Donald Trump (76), took a test of the cognitive and mental abilities has undergone is unknown.
Many Republicans, especially Trump, like to disparagingly describe Biden as senile and de facto incapacitated. Nikki Haley (51), ex-governor of South Carolina and official candidate for 2024 alongside Trump since the middle of the week, requires politicians to have more than 75 standard mental health checks.
