Juarez City.- Through tears, relatives of employees of the Chihuahua Representation Office of the National Institute of Migration (INM) learned about the legal situation facing their loved ones when the hearing to formulate charges for the crimes of homicide to the detriment of 40 migrants began tonight foreigners and the injuries of 25 more.

At the request of the defendants’ lawyers, the Federal Control judge declared a recess, so it will continue until tomorrow.

Due to these events, five people have already been linked to the process: Daniel GY, Rodolfo CT, Gloria Liliana RG, Alan Omar PV and the Venezuelan Jeison Daniel CR

The deadline for the complementary investigation that the Control Judge granted to the Crime Investigation Unit for Migrants of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) was one month.
