CDMX.- The report from the press pool that accompanies President Joe Biden on his visit to Mexico City described a bumpy ride from the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA) to the hotel where the President is staying.
“After a bumpy ride, the motorcade of the President of the United States arrived at 8:50 pm,” says the White House press pool report distributed last night, but does not add any other comment regarding the conditions of the trip.
The White House press pool that accompanies Biden in his daily activities is a restricted group of journalists who travel in a separate vehicle and who send routine reports so that the rest of the US press is aware of the President’s movements.
Biden arrived at AIFA last night where he was received by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. After the welcome, the Presidents and two interpreters boarded the official vehicle of the US Head of State known as “The Beast” to go to the Presidente hotel in Polanco, where Biden is staying.
