Due to its launch, the game director conducted an interview with the site SegmentNext and gave new details about Atomic Heart.

As Atomic Heart director Robert Bagratuni explains, “To complete the main campaign story, players will need to spend approximately 20 to 25 hours”. However, with open world elements, the world of Atomic Heart is huge and full of activities, so completing it to 100% could double the time required.

To complete the main campaign story, players will need to spend approximately 20-25 hours. But since the world of Atomic Heart is huge and full of various activities, completing it completely will take much longer. It’s actually hard to say an exact number, however I can assume that fully finishing the game may take the player 35-40 hours.”

Although Robert says he can’t give an exact number of hours on how long it takes us to 100% finish Atomic Heart, he thinks it will take players anywhere from 35 and 40 hours of game. Furthermore, the game offers 3 difficulties so that it can be enjoyed by all kinds of players regardless of their skill level in the genre.

During the interview Robert Bagratuni also confirmed that there are 12 different types of weapons in Atomic Heart, each with their own set of upgrades and abilities. It was also confirmed that there is no limit to the number of materials we can upload, so we won’t have headaches managing our inventory.

Atomic Heart is out in less than two weeks, and director says he’s excited for players to try it out and give him feedback. In this sense, Robert is excited that Atomic Heart is coming to Xbox Game Pass from its launch, because by reaching more players they can reach their goal faster.
