The Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscription services are today cornerstones of Microsoft’s gaming business and, as you know, provide access to hundreds of games for both platforms, as well as discounts, other benefits and the opportunity to access other services such as EA Play.
Ubisoft now also seems keen to enter the Xbox ecosystem, according to two well-known industry insiders. It’s about the Twitter user ScriptLeaksR6 (expert on Ubisoft’s operations) and the editor Jesus Corden both of which claim that Ubisoft+ is coming to Xbox “imminent”. Script believes that the time is already in the middle of April, which means that we will receive the official announcement shortly.
Whether Ubisoft+ will also be included in Game Pass in one way or another is unclear at the time of writing.
