If your cup is full and you’re really sure you’re done with the social network, here’s how to delete an Instagram account permanently. Before you start, be sure to save your images to your phone (from the app) if you want to preserve those memories.

It is also possible to ask Instagram to compile an archive containing all the data (including images) attached to your account. Archive that can be obtained within 14 days after request (via the help pages of the web version).
