How to watch the State of the Union

Biden’s State of the Union airs today at 9 p.m. ET (6 p.m. PT). Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders will provide the Republican rebuttal after the president’s speech. The GOP response in Spanish will be given by Rep. Juan Ciscomani of Arizona.

Viewers can tune in for free directly via a YouTube live stream available at the White House website, or stream the coverage on YouTube channels for major news outlets like CBS, ABC, NBC, C-SPAN and Fox News. While the White House Channel will only air the speech, newscasters will provide commentary before and after the speech.

In addition to YouTube, you can also access the following news channels for streaming:

  • CBS coverage is available on Paramount Plus, CBSNews.com, the CBS News app and on CBS social media.
  • NBC provides free access to its website and NBC News Now for live coverage. Peacock will begin airing MSNBC coverage at 8 p.m. ET.
