Márton Dárdai is a hot candidate at Hamburger SV. According to a report in ‘Bild’, the 20-year-old central defender is one of the favorites on the second division club’s transfer list. Dárdai is under contract with his youth club Hertha BSC until 2025.

In Berlin, however, the German U21 national player is hardly in demand this season, only playing 175 minutes. That could be different at HSV. The Rothosen are looking for a replacement for central defender Mario Vuskovic (21), who is threatened with a long ban for doping.
In addition, left-back Tim Leibold (29) is about to leave for the United States. Here, too, left-footed Dárdai could help out, although the preferred position of the native of Berlin is in the center of defence.
