El Chadaille Bitshiabu – this sonorous name bears one of the greatest young talents in French football. It is no coincidence that the central defender at the tender age of 17 was able to gain his first experience in the star ensemble of Paris St. Germain (16 appearances). Now the future of the top talent could lie in the Bundesliga.
Because after FT-Information is Bitshiabu the dream player of Eintracht Frankfurt. On the Main, the top talent is seen as the ideal reinforcement for the central defense. A meeting between Paris and Frankfurt is scheduled for Wednesday, where a possible transfer will be discussed. If the talks go well, the SBU wants to intensify contact with the player’s advisor and father. According to the current status, Paris is ready to let the left foot go for around 15 million euros.
In addition to the fixed summer transfer from Willian Pacho (21 / Royal Antwerp), Bitshiabu should absorb the upcoming departures of Evan N’dicka (23) and Almamy Touré (26).

And in fact, Bitshiabu brings all the facilities with him to assert himself at Eintracht. The 1.96 meter tall defender has an exceptional top speed. He demonstrated this impressively in the second leg against FC Bayern (0:2) when, during a counterattack by Bayern, he staggered back seven miles and thus helped to stop the counterattack.
Despite his enormous height and imposing stature, Bitshiabu is playful. PSG expert Aurelien Leger-Moec of the FT-affiliate site Foot Market stated: “Not only is he incredibly physically strong, but he is also football-savvy. He has a precise play structure and good technique. He always strives to play out flat at the back.”
However, Bitshiabu’s build-up game is still buggy. In the league game against AS Monaco (1: 3) in February, the youngster conceded two goals and looked bad, especially at 0: 2, when he carelessly frittered away the ball near his own sixteen. The fact that Bitshiabu’s decision-making sometimes leaves something to be desired is due to his lack of experience in the nature of things.
Zagadou-Parallelen
Although Bitshiabu still has deficits in terms of speed of action and acceleration, Léger-Moëc believes he has a great future: “He has potential, he could become a great defender if he continues his development.” He sees parallels with the young Dan-Axel Zagadou (23/VfB Stuttgart), when he switched from the Paris youth team to BVB at the age of 17 in 2017.
“It’s still unfinished, like Zagadou was then. I trust him more.”, sums up Léger-Moëc. The parallels are obvious: Both come from the Parisian youth, play from home in the central defense, are tall at 1.96 meters and left feet. Whether Bitshiabu makes more of his immense potential than Zagadou remains to be seen. One thing is clear: Frankfurt and the Bundesliga would look good on the promising defensive jewel.
