Misiones Police officers learned that a sinister road was recorded on República Argentina Avenue in front of Plaza De los Niños in Puerto Iguazú at 7 this Saturday and that a man would be lying on the asphalt tape.
Upon arriving at the scene, they observed a man who was identified as Gilberto C., 55 years old, who was presumed to have lost control of the vehicle, falling on the asphalt tape. The man was getting back up from the ground and trying to get on his vehicle, a motorbike 150 cc to leave the place.
Immediately it was delayed by the troops and present in the personal place of municipal transit, the breathalyzer test was carried out, which was positive with 1.98 grams of alcohol in the blood, thus proceeding to the retention of the vehicle and the delay of its driver.
The motorcycle vehicle was transferred to the municipal corralón and there were no injuries to the driver, only material damage. The corresponding rigorous procedures are followed.
