This call is implemented through the Productive Linkage program in which the National Institute for Older Adults has the purpose of promoting a full and productive life to said sector of the population by publicizing paid jobs with hours that allow them to acquire income.
Adults over the age of 60 who want to work will have to go to the Inapam Affiliation Centers, which are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and present the following documentation, both original and a copy:
- INE credential with photograph and current.
- Inapam credential.
- Social Security card or ISSSTE, only if they have the service.
- Proof of address not older than three months.
After this, the applicant will have to fill out a social inclusion application and make an appointment with the promoter of the Inapam Productive Linkage program, choose the job offer of interest and go to an interview with the company requesting the personnel.

The activities to be carried out range from customer service to packaging
According to Inapam, older adults will be able to work in places like Starbucks, Cinépolis, Soriana, Chedraui, Walmart and others that have been incorporated into this program since 2013 to employ seniors in need.
The vacancies are normally customer service, product packaging, product promotion, consulting in the departments and others for older adults according to their abilities and schedules.
What is offered by the companies is:
- Basic salary.
- Law benefits.
- Hiring by the hour, by days or by project and/or services.
