To prepare this dessert, first you will need peel the bananas and cut them into slices. In the meantime clean plums and remove the core after dividing them in half. Then take the stale bread and cut the crumb into cubes after removing the crust. Take 50 g of sugar and combine it with cinnamon powder before proceeding. Process the eggs in a bowl together with the remaining sugar and make boil the milk. Once the desired temperature has been reached add it to the egg and sugar mixture then cook it in a bain-marie.
