A child was injured after being struck by something in South Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the call around 8:51 p.m.
The incident happened near the intersection of San Pedro Street and Jefferson Boulevard, where the boy’s parents say something fell and hit him.
The child was transported to the hospital.
