System #3 – which has been designated Invest 90L and could become a tropical depression – has a 20% chance of development in the next 48 hours and a 40% chance in seven days.
“The development of this system is possible and a tropical depression could form during the next week while moving west to west-northwest at 10 to 15 mph through the Lesser Antilles and over the Caribbean Sea,” reads the most recent bulletin. .
Regardless of the development of the system, a rainy start to the week is expected.

THE CNH MONITORS TWO OTHER SYSTEMS TO THE EAST
On the other hand, disturbance #2 has 30% development in 48 hours and 30% in seven days.
“The conditions are expected to be more unfavorable for further development of this system,” states the agency.
Meanwhile, disturbance #1 – which could become a tropical depression this weekend – has 70% development in 48 hours and 70% in seven days.
“Environmental conditions appear generally favorable for further development of this system, and a tropical depression is likely to form over the weekend as it moves west-northwest or northwest at about 10 mph across the eastern tropical Atlantic. By early next week, upper level winds over the system are forecast to increase and no further development is expected.”explained the CNH.
