ISSSTE: 23 thousand deceased still received their pension

Yezmín Lehmann Mendoza, director of Economic, Social and Cultural Benefits, pointed out that it was a sensitive embezzlement for ISSSTE and they are resources that can be used to improve services for the benefit of entitlements or, to grant pensions that do correspond.
