Ex-leaders suspended
Several former leaders of the Turin club are also suspended, including former president Andrea Agnelli who was banned from practicing for a period of two years. Former sports director Fabio Paratici is suspended for two and a half years, sports coordinator Federico Cherubini faces a one-year suspension and former board member Pavel Nedved is banned. for 8 months.
In the spring of 2022, Juve thought they were done with this case following his acquittal. But the federal prosecutor Giuseppe Chin had asked for the reopening of the file after the discovery of new elements transmitted by the Italian justice which also investigates the accounts of the Italian club. In addition, the Court confirmed the acquittal of the eight other clubs involved (Sampdoria, Pro Vercelli, Genoa, Parma, Pisa, Empoli, Novara and Pescara).
