The Oscar Winner Jack Nicholson left his Beverly Hills property after not being seen for almost two years. In photos circulating online, the legendary actor, 85, stepped out onto the balcony of his Mulholland Drive estate to enjoy the outdoors.
He was wearing a bright orange T-shirt, comfortable black joggers, and a pair of loafers as he sat outside on a wooden chair looking thoughtful. He also seemed to be pacing the balcony and taking in his surroundings.
The exceptionally rare sighting comes as the father of six appears to have disappeared from public life after a career that is nothing short of monumental. His last film was How Do You Know (2010), alongside Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd.

In a rare 1993 interview published in The Deseret News, appropriately enough from his Beverly Hills home, Jack Nicholson Intensely Private Reveals How He Got Into Acting. “I got carried away,” she said simply.
“Once in, I loved the job. There’s one thing they can’t take away from this particular profession: it’s continuing education. You keep learning about people, things, how the world works, what people are feeling. Yeah you leave people, learning is really what they are looking for in life.”
Even more fascinating, he explained why he hesitates even to give interviews, and never for television. “They last so long; they’re rerun and cut like movies and they’re everywhere,” she opined. Later in the interview, he further explained why he has been coy about public comments about him.
“It’s not that you want to do or not do something,” he said. “It’s a little bit out of your control. People who act don’t like to feel self-conscious, they really don’t. I remember seeing an interview with John Huston and they asked him about his style. He said, ‘I don’t think I have a style. ; if I thought that I did, I would feel self-conscious and I would not be able to continue working”. I thought he was particularly cunning.”
