JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Tennessee Titans 20-16 Saturday to win their first AFC South title thanks to Josh Allen’s 37-yard touchdown after recover a lost ball.

Rayshawn Jenkins forced Josh Dobbs to fumble the ball, which was caught on the rebound by Allen, who ran all by himself into the end zone, in the final game for both teams of the regular season.

When Dobbs fumbled again on the next possession, the Jaguars (9-8) began celebrating their biggest regular-season victory in club history.

“This was one of those games where our defense got us the win,” Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence said.

“Us the offense is a little bit frustrated that we leave so much on the floor. But in these matches, you just have to win. Our defense saved us today. He played big.”

Jacksonville clinched the fourth-seeded seed in the conference playoffs and will host either the Los Angeles Chargers or Baltimore in next week’s wild-card round.

It marked the 18th time in the past 20 seasons that at least one NFL team has won its division title after finishing last or tied for last the previous year.
