Jeromy Pietri Napoleoni’s brother was arrested this Wednesday in the middle of an apparent drug transaction in the Tallaboa Alta neighborhood, in Peñuelas.
According to preliminary information, José Ramón Pietri tried to flee from the authorities and went into a wooded area.
Later, he was transferred to a hospital after receiving minor injuries.
His brother is accused, together with his mother, of murdering the young soldier Jancarlo Rivera Lugo.
