Mexico City.- Actor Jonathan Majors appeared virtually in a Manhattan court where he was accused of domestic violence and assured that he is not guilty of what he is accused of.

The Creed III star was accused of domestic violence, gender violence two months ago, for which the US military withdrew a media campaign where Majors appeared.

The New York court judge commented that if the actor does not physically appear in court on June 13, they will issue an arrest warrant, he had previously been arrested but left in less than 48 hours.

The actor’s lawyer told Deadline that there is a “witch hunt” against Majors, as he assures that all the accusations are false and that they have the necessary evidence to prove it.

“This is a witch hunt against Jonathan Majors, fueled by unsubstantiated claims. “Instead of dismissing the charges in the face of the woman’s outright lies, the prosecutor has adjusted the charges to match the woman’s new lies. To be clear, there are no new charges against Mr. Majors,” he added.

Due to the accusations that the actor has against him, all his projects have been paused until he resolves his legal situation.
