Jorge Capitanich announced today on his social networks that he will again be a candidate for governor of the Province of Chaco. In turn, he will be accompanied in the formula by the current lieutenant governor Analia Rach Quiroga.

“The country’s problems involve all of us. We have responsibilities in government and as political leaders. Together with Analia Rach, we are going to continue putting our hearts, bodies and heads so that each man and woman from Chaco can live better and how they deserve” posted the governor on his Twitter account.

and then added: “The Chaco men and women know of our management capacity, because we demonstrated it with facts, working tirelessly, day by day and night by night, non-stop, and we were able to transform dreams into reality.”

Capitanich was governor of the Province between the periods of 2007 to 2015, then mayor of the City of Resistencia between 2015 and 2019; and since 2019 he is governor of the Province of Chaco.

The Chaqueño Front was formed for its intervention in the PASO with the participation of 28 political parties and the adhesion of 50 groups from the entire province.

The date of the PASO elections will be June 18, the general elections on September 17, and if they occur, a second round will be held on October 8.
