Oliver Kahn does not want to let the speculation about his person get to him. The FC Bayern CEO made it clear to ‘Bild’: “I’m not wasting a second worrying about my contract at the moment, it’s always about Bayern Munich.”

Several media reported after the Champions League exit that Kahn’s position was being questioned by Munich. A premature separation of the ex-goalkeeper, who is bound until the end of 2024, should also be discussed, as well as potential successor candidates.
Kahn says: “The sporting results that we have recently delivered do not meet our expectations. The aim is to get FC Bayern back exactly where it belongs: at the top in all competitions. We will turn every stone for this.”
