LONDON.- American actor Kevin Spacey denied new accusations of sexual assault before the dissemination of a documentary film with testimonies from men against him, which will come out next week.
In this documentary, titled Spacey Unmaskedwhich will be broadcast in two parts on May 6 and 7 on the British network Channel 4, 10 men testify to inappropriate acts by the actor.
Spacey, 64 years old and with two Oscar awards behind him, was acquitted of sexual assault in trials in the United States and the United Kingdom.
In an interview published on social media with British journalist Dan Wootton, the star denied the new accusations.

“I take full responsibility for my past behavior and actions, but I cannot and do not want to take responsibility or apologize to anyone who has made up things about me or exaggerated stories about me,” he declared in this video lasting more than an hour and a half.
Spacey admits to having had sexual relations with men. “…that they were thinking of advancing their career by having a relationship with me, but I never told anyone that I would help them in their career in exchange for sexual favors,” said the interpreter, accusing the network of having given him only seven days to give his version of events that in some cases went back almost 50 years.

Also accused of sexual assault in the United States, Spacey was found not guilty in 2022 by a civil court in New York.
In 2019 charges were dropped in another case.
