The room was minimally decorated, with just a coffee table with a vase of white flowers in the middle.
It looked like Kim and her kids were getting into the festive spirit by watching a holiday movie, as a landscape of ice caps flashed across the screen.
The mother-of-four posted the photo to her Instagram Stories Thursday night without a caption.

Kim and her family faced a lot of backlash at their holiday celebrations this month.
Last month, the SKIMS founder came under fire for letting her nine-year-old daughter North decorate her Christmas tree with $100 bills.
North circled the little tree in her all-pink bedroom in a video on TikTok, set to Ariana Grande’s holiday song Santa Tell Me.
She introduced each new ornament as she placed them on the tree.
They included decorations that looked like rolled up wads of $100 bills, sealed stacks of the same currency, and classic cameras.
Critics were less than impressed, with one writing on Reddit: “Lmfaoooo with everything going on they think it will make them more likable? Tacky af.
“That’s disgusting wow,” chimed in for a second.
‘OUT OF REACH’
Kim was also criticized as “out of touch” for hiring a piano player to play Christmas songs in their living room for her four children every morning.
She posted a video of her ornately decorated Christmas tree and the musician playing her little grand piano.
She captioned her post: “It’s that time of year…
“@philthekeys comes by every morning to wake my kids up playing the piano while the crazy morning rush happens to calm their little souls and fill them with beautiful Christmas songs.”
But fans were appalled by the lore and shared their outrage online.
“Isn’t it so exotic to have a pianist at home on Christmas Day? Kim uses all types of paid help in her home,” one wrote.
“She realizes that all her kids probably want is for her to bake them pancakes, give them a hug, and hang out with them, right?” a second posted.

THE NORTH IS COMING BACK
Kim has even faced backlash from her own daughter, with North recently calling out her lack of input into the decorating process.
The reality star took to her Instagram Stories to show off a line of brightly lit Christmas trees laid out on her balcony outside her bathroom.
She told her followers: “Oh my God, on the balcony I put all these trees in a line it’s so beautiful.”
As Kim walked up to the screen to get a better look at her fans, North could be seen walking alongside her mother.
“Well, you didn’t do it yourself,” she said slyly.
