In the midst of the inmate for the electoral year that Boca is experiencing, the controversy over the closure of the Bombonera added a new chapter.

In Sunday’s match against Platense, Boca fans will not be able to enter the third tray of the South stand because the Justice decided to uphold the closure that governs that sector.

The measure, which was ordered after the duel of the first date of the tournament against Atlético Tucumán and which had already affected the venue in the match two weeks ago against Central Córdoba de Santiago del Estero, remains in force.

In his ruling, the judge hearing the case resolved to “KEEP the preventive closure measure of the Superior South Tribune, of the Boca Juniors Athletic Club, located at 805 Brandsen Street, CABA (art. 33 et ctes., law 12); until there are technical reports from the General Directorate of Aid and Emergency Guard, from the official experts Villarlba, Albertinsky and Lew; the engineer Pozzi Azzaro, and the Football Safety Committee; and once there have been, the Prosecutor’s Office issues its opinion.

After the inspection last Thursday in Boca, Judge Rodolfo Ariza Clerici, head of the Court of First Instance for Criminal, Misdemeanor and Misdemeanors No. 1, decided to uphold the closure.

For this reason, the networks exploded due to messages from Boca fans who reject the court decision:
