This initiative aims to group information about family members (spouse and children) in the chip of the biometric identification card, thus providing convenience to the citizen and facilitating his access to public services. This measure will also allow distribute the family record book while traveling.

The Ministry of the Interior plans to reach le zero paper in all administrative transactions and short-term public utilities.

This approach is part of the President of the Republic’s commitment n°25 in favor of digital transformation to improve communication, generalize the use of information and communication technologies and improve the governance of the economic sector.

An action aimed at modernizing public services

He reassured that the Directorate of Modernization, Records and Archives was working to ensure the operation of all information systems of the domestic sector and local communities, as well as to “protect them from cyber attacks ».
