MIAMI.— The Assembly of the Cuban Resistance (ARC) based in Miami strongly condemned the alliance between Cuba, Russia, Iran and China, which it presented as the “axis of evil”, a group accused of compromising security and world peace. through acts such as the Russian invasion of Ukraine and expansionist activities of the Chinese and Iranian regimes.
For this association that brings together more than 35 organizations that fight for the freedom of Cuba, the involvement of the Havana regime in that conflict reflects a “deep collaboration with Russia, which constitutes a direct threat to freedom and democracy.”
The ARC emphasized the importance of maintaining international support for Ukraine, after highlighting the moral obligation of the United States derived from international treaties aimed at guaranteeing the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

“The United States, as a signatory to the Budapest Memorandum that nuclearly disarmed Ukraine, has a moral obligation to guarantee the integrity of its territory, as promised in 1994,” the document quotes.
“We must not leave the Ukrainian people alone in their fight against the Russian invasion,” declared the ARC, which was accompanied by a request for an increase in security assistance for Ukraine, “essential to combat the Russian offensive.”
In addition to its call to mobilize support for Ukraine, the ARC also highlighted the ongoing struggle for freedom in Cuba, calling for global opposition against the advances of communism and totalitarian regimes.
According to the organization, it is crucial to “remain vigilant in this momentous period where we face all these aggressions from the axis of evil.”
