With Ke Huy Quan as a duo sidekick Tom Hiddleston & Owen Wilson!
It’s a fan favorite and possibly the best Marvel series on Disney Plus: Loki is finally back! The platform has just uploaded a long trailer for season 2 which will be released on October 6th. A magnificent and completely insane trailer, which promises a new biblical adventure within the multiverse.
We also have a little trouble following and guessing what will happen. We just discover the debut of Ke Huy Quan. The kid from the Goonies and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, became a star in Hollywood again thanks to Everything Everywhere All at Once, reveals that Loki is suffering from a rare syndrome: “Timeslipping”. In other words, the God of Mischief is lost in spacetime and may well cease to exist.
He will therefore continue to work with the Time Variance Authority and survey different universes. The video also shows the return of Sylvie (alias Loki feminine) as well as a portrait of Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majorsand which should logically still hold an important place in this season 2.
Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Wunmi Mosaku will be back in the cast. Also with Ke Huy Quan, Rafael Casal and Kate Dickie joining the cast this year.
After season 2 of Loki – written by Eric Martin and by Michael Waldron – the Marvel Cinematic Universe will offer on Disney Plus the series EchoThen iron heart And Agatha: Coven of Chaos. in 2024.
