A woman filed a criminal complaint against the owners of a butcher shop located at 56 bis and 155 for selling her hamburgers in poor condition, after it affected her health and that of her two children.
“My children are vomiting water, they can’t tolerate anything” confessed the woman from Horna, who after consuming the meat, both she and her children had to be assisted in a neighborhood health center, diagnosing poisoning due to the food eaten.
After the ruling, he went to file a complaint about what had happened, stating that not only his family was affected by the products sold, but also that several residents of the area suffered the same situation, and they agreed with the actions of the woman, stating that “Someone had to stop” the wrongdoing of the owners of the butcher shop.
He said that another of the reasons was that when he approached the premises to complain, the butcher “immediately becomes aggressive, uttering all kinds of insults (…) he calls his partner asking him to bring his knife,” according to the complaint made.
In addition, it is stated that “in the presence of the citizen they begin to sharpen the blade by threatening her.” From the police station, they referred the woman to the prosecutor’s office to provide her with a perimeter measure against the couple of butchers, to continue the complaint in defense of the consumer, which would later end in court.
