Amazon confirmed on March 3, 2023 at Prime video the series “Luden – Könige der Reeperbahn” will start. In terms of content, the format is all about St. Pauli in the early 1980s. The first season will consist of six episodes.
In the daring 1980s in Hamburg, the rise of sunny boy Klaus Barkowsky (Aaron Hilmer) begins. He is made a pimp by the prostitute Jutta (Jeanette Hain) and founds the Nutella gang with a group of hooligans. A power struggle begins with the established scoundrels of the GMBH, who control the neighborhood with their pimp cartel and make big money.
