The tax agent Frederick Delfinofrom the specialized Anti-kidnapping unit, ordered the arrest of five people who would be involved in the forced disappearance of Édgar Ayala, who was taken from his vehicle by a group of men. In addition, the representative of the Public Ministry ordered the search and location of the victim.
The suspects were identified as, Luis Colmán, Ramón García, Carlos Aquino, Pedro Blanco and Richard Rojaswho once detained must be made available to the Public Ministry.
Ayala was taken by the group of men, yesterday at noon in the Fourth neighborhood of the city of Luque.

On the other hand, the director of Investigation of Punishable Acts of the Police, commissioner César Silguero, confirmed to Mega TV that the head of Investigations, Commissioner Hugo Díaz, was removed from officein order not to interfere in the investigation, until the investigated fact is clarified, taking into account that the suspected police officers performed duties under his command.
