Maluma has inaugurated the week of ‘The Anthill’. The Colombian singer has presented his new single for this summer, called ‘Coco Loco’ and he has spoken, among other things, about his routines to achieve his physical change and his love for horses. “I saw you on social networks, I saw that you were very strong and very committed to the gym and I had to put my batteries together and follow your example”, she has affirmed Maluma before the smile of Paul Motorcycles.
“Being fit is finding balance at the end of the day. I eat everything I like, which I calculate the portions well. I don’t eat sugar, I canceled it out of my life. Just carbohydrates. I eat a lot of protein and go to the gym every day., but more than by the physical by the mind. He works at a different pace when one is committed to being and to the spirit,” the Colombian detailed.
Maluma: “I have a double personality”

He invited Madonna to his house
