Juarez City.- Agents of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat arrested Luis Antonio HA, for his alleged responsibility in the commission of crimes against pets for acts of mistreatment, the agency reported in an official statement.
Municipal police who carried out prevention and surveillance tasks in the Las Haciendas subdivision, responded to a call received at the emergency number 911, where they reported a case of animal abuse at the intersection of Hacienda Samalayuca and Hacienda el Alamillo streets.
Upon arrival at the place, they met with a female who identified herself as a worker at the Institute for Animal Education and Defense, who pointed to a male as the owner of two dogs in deplorable conditions.
The officers realizing that the two pets presented a severe malnutrition and dehydration picture, for which reason, before the direct signaling, they proceeded to the arrest of who identified himself as 21-year-old Luis Antonio HA.
After reading his rights, he was consigned before the corresponding authority to determine his alleged responsibility in the commission of the aforementioned crime.
