Man wins $50,000 in lottery and says it's all thanks to a four-leaf clover he found in his garden

A Maryland resident was lucky enough to win a big lottery prize with a Scratch-Off ticket, and he thinks his good luck is due to finding a four-leaf clover.

The lucky lottery player, who claimed to be a golf lover, won $50,000 with a $10 Money Bag Multiplier Scratch-Off ticket.

The man bought his ticket in the town of Lusby, located about 80 miles south of Baltimore.

“You never expect something like this,” the lucky winner told officials when he went to collect his prize, according to The News & Observer.

The man scratched the ticket and found number 23, which had a prize of $50,000..

The player told lottery officials that he believed he got lucky after finding a four-leaf clover in his yard in June.

The man kept the shamrock in his wallet ever since he found it and has been on a winning streak ever since, he said.

Since then, he has won $50 in various drawings and $200 in Scratch-Off tickets.

Although this is not the first time that he has won an award, it is the biggest that has been won so far.

The man did not know what to do after learning of his victory, so he went to see his wife to get her to confirm the news.

The winner plans to pay the bills with his new fortune. and will buy another lottery ticket in the hope that his streak of good luck will continue.

There are four unwon $100,000 Money Bag Multiplier prizes remaining and five more $50,000 prizes remaining.
