WHAT IS THE DIGITAL LABEL?
He digital tag It is an electronic seal that will be attached to the front window of your vehicle and will replace the sticker seal that has traditionally existed.
HOW DO I GET THE DIGITAL TAG?
Any vehicle that already has a toll stamp eligible, you can register that same seal through CESCO Digital so that it becomes the digital label. If you do not have a toll stamp and wish to purchase one at no additional cost, you must wait for your next face-to-face renewal, where the electronic stamp will be delivered to you at no cost. You will need to follow the instructions to correctly place the seal on your vehicle. Check here if your stamp is eligible.
WHEN DOES THE STICKER LABEL CEASE TO EXIST?
The digital label is mandatory. Your sticker tag will only last until the date it expires. No sticker tags will be for sale. Short answer: September 30, 2024.
WHEN DO I TAKE OFF THE “OLD” TAG?
Do not remove your sticker tag before inspecting your vehicle and paying the annual fees. All tags expire on the last day of the indicated month (do not remove before that day).
HOW TO REGISTER THE SEAL?
- Enter the CESCO Digital application
- Select “register” in the “Pending Alerts” section
- Select the vehicle
- Follow the instructions provided by the application
HOW TO RENEW?
- Carry out the inspection process of your vehicle
- Access CESCO Digital and select the vehicle to continue with the process
- Make payments through the CESCO Digital application
- At the end of the month you can remove the sticker label from the windshield
The digital tag seal will have no cost at the time of renewal. However, there are two exceptions/cases in which it will have a cost: breakage or theft.
FROM WHEN CAN I REGISTER AND RENEW?
You can register your digital tag from August 1, 2023. However, it will be available for renewal from September 1.
WHEN I REGISTER THE LABEL, IS AN AUTOEXPRESO ACCOUNT CREATED?
The registration of your digital tag does NOT imply the creation or association to an AutoExpreso account. The registration process is not related to the functions of the AutoExpreso toll system. Everything that the user wishes to do with their AutoExpreso account must be done on the AutoExpreso website or application www.autoexpreso.com.
