Manhunt continues for teen who escaped from Brazoria County jail last Saturday

HOUSTON – Brazoria County officials are on the hunt for an inmate who escaped from the county jail over the weekend.

Jayden Michael Duke-Meuth, 18, was in jail for minor traffic offenses, according to the Brazoria Police Department.

Last Saturday, the inmate took advantage of an emergency situation to sneak out of jail by jumping over the metal fence of the penitentiary into a nearby alley.

He is recognized for having tattoos on his chest and arms.

Video released Monday shows Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, berating officers and threatening to report them to the governor after he was thrown to the ground.
