Faced with a request for a declaration of inimputability presented by the defense of one of the two defendants, during the last hours Criminal Court Two ordered the suspension of the oral debate that was to begin today for the murder of Dominga Isabel Huzy (52).
Precisely, due to the crime of the woman, the defense of Alfredo Rafael Remskij (29), suspected of strangling his mother and discarding her body in the Apóstoles landfill in 2017, required said study to the court.
In this way, the oral debate was again on standby, as in August of last year when the process was suspended after the resignation at that time of the defendant’s defense attorney.
Sources consulted indicated that now the accused must go through various studies by the Forensic Medical Corps of the Judiciary and private experts to establish his state of mental health. And after the results, it will be the court that must reschedule a new date, or advance in the request of the defense of the person involved.
For this act, Mayra Dutra, Remskij’s ex-partner, is also accused, who is accused as a “necessary participant”, a figure before which she could receive between 8 and 25 years in prison.
