Within the benchmark, most components ended the session with losses, with 10 stocks in the green and 25 in the red. The worst performances within were Banorte and Regional, with losses of 3.60 and 2.88 percent.

Investors are preparing to know the data of the US Gross Domestic Product for the first quarter, amid concerns about the economic slowdown. Wall Street, mixed, cut gains and deepened the falls.

On Friday, one day after the data on the performance of the US economy, local investors will receive Mexico’s GDP. This is all happening as the first quarter corporate reporting season unfolds.
