Mike Tyson will be in Francis Ngannou's corner when he faces Tyson Fury

Legendary Mike Tyson will accompany mixed martial arts star Francis Ngannou when he takes on World Boxing Council (WBC) heavyweight champion Tyson Fury in Saudi Arabia on October 28.

Tyson and Ngannou confirmed their collaboration on Thursday at the annual sports and entertainment festival that will kick off this year with the fight between Ngannou and the “Gipsy King.”

Ngannou, 36, has no professional boxing experience but comes from being the UFC heavyweight champion, a title he held until January when it was withdrawn due to disputes with the organization’s president, Dana White.

Ngannou assured that incorporating Tyson into his work team is one of the best decisions he has made.

Fury’s WBC title will not be in dispute in the exhibition fight.

The British boxer’s last fight was in December, when he knocked out compatriot Derek Chisora in 10 rounds.
