One of deputy Gerardo Milman’s secretaries, Ivana Bohdziewicz, declared that they deleted data from her phone, in the case of the attack on Cristina Fernández. This, she detailed, would have happened in the office of Patricia Bullrich, president of the PRO.
In her statement, Bohdziewicz stated that Carolina Gómez Mónaco, another of Milman’s advisers, was the one who accompanied her to Patricia Bullrich’s office. There were the deputy and an expert, in charge of deleting the data that the cell phone carried.
Meanwhile, she assured that she submitted to this event because “I was worried about my personal life.” “At that time, the media was quite active. So, they decide to delete everything and I agreed. I also did not believe that it was going to be so serious and that it was going to hurt me to do it, ”she added.
In this way, the defense of the vice president reiterated her request to remove Judge María Eugenia Capuchetti from the investigation. This noon, CFK pointed at the former Security Minister and she responded.
Meanwhile, the Courts considered this statement as a matter “more political than judicial.” The young woman once again ruled out having heard Milman say “when they kill her, I’ll be on the coast,” something Jorge Abello denounced two days before the attack.
Both Bohdziewicz and Monaco gave their telephone numbers to the Court on December 1, at the request of Cristina’s complaint. The PSA (Airport Security Police) was in charge of analyzing the content of the devices.
One week before that delivery, that is, the last week of November, the deletion of the information from Bohdziewicz’s phone occurred. She reported this fact and clarified that it was “both the messages and the photos, because I felt that my privacy could be violated if they asked me for my phone number.”
“I deleted everything because there was no possibility to select only a few things and I had compromising intimate photos of myself. That’s why I took advice. In any case, I want to clarify that I never spoke of anything related to the attack on the vice president in terms of criminal participation in it, ”she added.
These new statements came after Milman’s adviser asked to expand her inquiry. There, she retracted and said “there was a misunderstanding that he had not gone to Casablanca.”
She later explained that Monaco and Milman were meeting in that place “and I went to the place for two minutes to specify questions about the trip that was being organized to Pinamar”, which she was going to attend.
Meanwhile, he contextualized that his entire team of advisers who worked with him had been fired “saying that we were all useless. The weather was difficult for the trip to Pinamar. He looked upset.”
What would have happened next was meeting Monaco, who conveyed his concern and informed him that he had spoken with Milman to give them “support.” “He tells me that Milman told him that he had spoken with Patricia (Bullrich) and that he was going to appoint an expert to see the information that the cell phones had, because it was likely that our information would leak. Not to delete something promptly, ”she recalled.
When they arrived at the office of the former Security Minister “there was no one, only Milman with the expert, whose name I don’t remember.” She informed him that she had requested the kidnapping of the cell phones and “concerned about my personal life, at that time the media was quite active, they decided to delete everything and I agreed. I also did not think it was going to be so serious and it was going to hurt me to do it ”.
She was incommunicado after handing over her cell phone and when she bought another one, there was a Whatsapp backup to install, which made her suspect if they had really deleted everything. She contacted Monaco, she recommended that she speak with a lawyer from Bullrich, who reassured her.
From that moment, she stopped talking to Monaco because she felt “very pressured”. Meanwhile, her former partner did not stop trying to communicate with her: “I already felt pressured and that is why I wanted to come and testify as soon as possible. I feel like everything that’s happening is hurting me.”
His main fear is “the insistence of Carolina Monaco trying to communicate with me. She gives me a bit of a shit not to answer her and for her to show up at the door of my house ”. Hours before she declared, the calls from her former partner continued and she received one last message: “Please, don’t betray me too. I was with you. Don’t leave me in the band.”
