Meier-Ivancan to BILD: “Most people always complain: ‘I don’t have time for sports! Or: I’m not in a gym!’ My answer is always: ‘Why? You can do that right in bed in the morning!’”

And further: “That’s how my bed work-out came about, for everyone who always had an excuse for me. After all, everyone has a bed at home!”

Germany’s first Bachelorette shows simple and effective exercises. “Anyone can do this after waking up,” promises Monica.

What exactly does that mean? “Legs left, legs right. Extension and flexion once. And you can do the other bed work-out if you like. I always say that once a day you should get your heart pumping. Everyone should be able to find their sport…” Meier-Ivancan told BILD with a laugh.

Does that mean sex? Meier-Ivancan: “Yes. Not only sex, but also orgasms are very good for women’s health. I might write my next book about that.”

And further: “The topic of female sexuality is now being discussed more and more. It used to be more of a male domain. According to the motto: How does sex have to be so that men like it. There is a change now. Orgasms are generally good for your health. Whether you need a partner for that is another question.”
