BFM TV INFO – This 26-year-old young woman was placed in an administrative detention center on October 19 for “lack of residence permit”, just after being heard in police custody as part of the investigation opened following the murder of Lola.

Friha B., the sister of the suspect in the murder of Lola Dahbia B., had been placed in an administrative detention center for “lack of residence permit” in November, with a view to deportation to Algeria. According to information from BFMTV, the 26-year-old left the country on December 16.

Friha B. sublet an apartment in the building of Lola and her parents, and occasionally hosted her sister Dahbia B. It was at her home that the schoolgirl was killed on October 15, before her body was found in a trunk in front of the building.

Dahbia B. indicted

Dahbia B., a 24-year-old Algerian, was under an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF) at the time of the incident. Suspected of having raped, tortured and killed the 12-year-old schoolgirl, she was indicted and imprisoned.

She does not suffer “from any psychiatric illness relating to autism, schizophrenia, or paranoia or others”, according to the psychiatric expert report submitted to the investigating judge. The 12-year-old girl was found dead in a box in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
