His body was found a week after his disappearance, which occurred at the end of an evening in a Nantes nightclub.
The body recovered in the Loire last Saturday is indeed that of the young man reported missing in Nantes. In a statement reported by France Bluethe public prosecutor of Nantes explained that the autopsy “made it possible to formally identify the body as being that of Yann Bougaran”.
The 24-year-old student disappeared on the night of Saturday April 22, after an evening in a nightclub. An investigation for “disturbing disappearance” had been opened and research organized.
